This Visa is for applicants who are engaged to be married to their eligible sponsors after the visa is granted and within 9 months. After a marriage has taken place in Australia and has been registered. You can then file for your Permanent Resident in Australia and are able to obtain the needed documents to Drive & Work. Spouse Visa (including De Facto) This Visa is for applicants who either are legally married to or in a de facto relationship with their partners.
